1.2 Student Network Directory
1. Let's navigate to your personal student directory.
a. Click on the following: Start ... Programs ... Windows Explorer ... Vol 2 I ... Students ... Look for Your Name

Purpose of a student directory:
A place on the network to save your files. This allows a user to move to any computer at school to access your files.
2. Where does the computer normally save files?
Answer: On the hard drive of the computer that you are using. This is the location for saving information on personal home computers. Remember to save your school files in your network directory.
